Analizando los resultados con el m&eacute;todo de Richard Krueger.</span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style=text-align: justify;><strong><span style=font-family: Arial;>RESULTADOS: </span></strong><span style=font-family: Arial;>Tomando en cuenta que el objeto de estudio es la Percepci&oacute;n de la calidad del cuidado que recibe el paciente adulto por personal de enfermer&iacute;a, la recolecci&oacute;n de informaci&oacute;n arroj&oacute; cinco categor&iacute;as que se se&ntilde;alan seg&uacute;n la importancia percibida con base a las descripciones hechas por los participantes. En donde al final existen opiniones contrapuestas siendo remarcado el cuidado adecuado.</span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style=text-align: justify;><strong><span style=font-family: Arial;>DISCUSI&Oacute;N: </span></strong><span style=font-family: Arial; lang=ES-MX>B&aacute;ez-Hern&aacute;ndez (2009) dice que el profesional de enfermer&iacute;a requiere sensibilidad, intelecto, disciplina y conocimientos para identificar y atender las necesidades y posibilidades humanas, mediante un contacto cercano. Para Gaviria Nore&ntilde;a (2009) enfermer&iacute;a tiene una dimensi&oacute;n &eacute;tica; &ldquo;el establecimiento de la empat&iacute;a y el respeto a la dignidad&rdquo;.
