Toplam 30 katilimci PE grubu olarak, 30 saglikli gonullu de kontrol grubu olarak calismaya dahil edildi. Daha sonra bu katilimcilar psikiyatr tarafindan degerlendirildi. Tum katilimcilara Beck Ansiyete Olcegi ve Aile Degerlendirme Olcegi uygulandi. Bulgular: PE grubunda anksiyete duzeyi kontrol grubundan daha yuksekti (p=0.001). Aile degerlendirme olceginde PE grubunda problem cozme (p=0.001), iletisim (p=0.022), duygusal cevap verebilme (p=0.011), davranis kontrolu (p=0.032), gereken ilgiyi gosterme (p=0.011) alt olceklerinde puanlar kontrol grubuna gore anlamli olarak daha yuksekti. Genel fonksiyonlar (p=0.217) ve roller (p=0.133) acisindan anlamli farkliliga rastlanmadi (p>0.05). Sonuc: PE hastalarinda ailesel islevlerde bozulma oldugu soylenebilir, dolayisiyla bu hastalarin tedavisinde ailesel islevlere yonelik yaklasimlar fayda saglayabilir." @default.
