- W1963553389 abstract "A better performance and low cost biosensor is believed can be formed when Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanowires working together with Aurum (Au) Inter Digitated Electrode (IDE). The use of TiO 2 nanowires for DNA application can be considered as a new exploration in research and development field. Bottom-up approach of the sol-gel method is used to grow TiO 2 nanowires while the topdown simple lithography method is used to fabricate Aurum (Au) interdigitated electrodes (IDEs). Thus, the combination of both bottom-up and top-down approaches are able to form a very high sensitivity of the sensor. Biomaterial DNA application on the modified surface of TiO 2 nanowires cause it to form a biosensor." @default.
