- W1963717462 abstract "近接場光学顕微鏡(SNOM)の開発によって，光を用いながら回折限界を超える高い空間分解能での光学計測が可能となった．本報では SNOM の原理と最近の近接場分光法の展開について紹介するとともに，SNOM を用いた高分子の構造解析について述べる．SNOM による蛍光イメージングを行うことで，これまでの手法では困難であったバルク内の単一高分子鎖のコンホメーションを観察することが可能となる．これにより超薄膜中や，ブロック共重合体のミクロ相分離構造などの制限された空間内に拘束された高分子鎖の形態について明らかにした．またマクロスコピックな一軸延伸下において分子レベルでの鎖の変形について直接評価することができた．SNOM は鎖一本の直接観察を通して従来では得られなかったさまざまな情報を与えることができ，新しい高分子材料の構造解析手段として重要な役割を担うようになると考えられる．" @default.
