The angular distributions and the backscattering coefficients are given, too. Energy spectra for scattering angles near to 90° from the direction of the incident beam show a peak, due to single scattering. The variation of the most probable energy loss with the target thickness is shown and functions are given for the dependence of the most probable energy loss on the primary energy and of the maxima of the angular distributions on the target thickness. The angular distribution for saturation thickness and the dependence of the backscatter fraction on the target thickness are found to be in good agreement with Monte Carlo calculations of Berger." @default.
