These dispersions are characterized by electrostatic and steric interaction potentials. It is shown that the range of the repulsive coulombic potential is many times the particle radius. Results of Dynamic Light Scattering measurements are given and discussed in terms of these physical parameters. It is shown, both theoretically and experimentally that, in our experimental conditions, the whole measured correlation function is only linked to the free diffusion coefficient, related by the Stokes Einstein relation to the particle diameter. The pressure (0.1 MPa to 0.35 GPa) and temperature (−20°C to 50°C) dependences of this diameter are presented and discussed. For these diluted suspensions in weakly polar solvents, neither aggregation nor swelling are observed." @default.
