Les concentrations des anticorps sont evaluees quantitativement a l'aide de l'auto-analyseur. Les resultats obtenus indiquent que l'immuno-absorbant de synthese possede a 22° C et a 37° C une capacite d'absorption equivalente a celle des globules rouges. Cependant la cinetique de l'absorption est environ 2 fois plus lente pour l'immuno-absorbant que pour les globules rouges. Ces resultats quantitatifs confirment l'interet d'un immunoabsorbant de synthese pour l'absorption des allo-anticorps anti-B." @default.
