- W1966330937 abstract "Trends and changes in the accumulation behavior of organic compounds at carbon paste electrodes have been investigated in a systematic manner as a function of the electrode composition. The correlation between distribution experiments and analogous voltammetric measurements have been explored, and solvent extraction principles have been used for understanding the resulting voltammetric response. The dynamic behavior of the accumulation was evaluated for a variety of pasting liquids, graphites, and liquid-to-graphite ratios. As a result, a new knowledge of the accumulation behavoir has been obtained. Both extraction and adsorption proceed simultaneously at different extents. The relative contribution of extraction decrease in the direction of the “dry” graphite limit. Chlorpromazine and butylated hydroxyanisole have been used as model compounds. The role of solute has been evaluated using various dimethylanilines." @default.
