- W1966543640 abstract "The complex conductance {ital G}({omega}) of site-diluted Josephson junction arrays close to the percolation threshold was measured over a wide range of frequencies {omega}. Well below {ital T}{sub {ital c}} both the superfluid [{omega}Im{ital G}] and dissipative [Re{ital G}] components are independent of {omega} below a critical frequency {omega}{sub {ital c}}, whereas {ital G}({omega}){proportional_to}{omega}{sup {minus}{ital u}} with {ital u}{approx_equal}1/2 for {omega}{approx_gt}{omega}{sub {ital c}}. This is shown to reflect the crossover from a Euclidean regime ({omega}{lt}{omega}{sub {ital c}}) dominated by phononlike modes of the phase system to a fractal regime ({omega}{approx_gt}{omega}{sub {ital c}}), where the relevant excitations are localized fractons.
