A plea is made for further work on some of these important behavioural areas. Cette brève revue des travaux récents sur la hiérarchie sociale et ses relations avec la production et l'etat sanitaire des pores domestiques couvre les aspects suivants: le dévelopement de l'ordre dans le choix des tétines et son influence (s'il y en a une) sur la relation de dominance-subordination; les mécanismes selon lesquels des pores qui ne se connaissaient pas jusque-là se classent dans l'ordre social; l'éstablissement du leadership; les facteurs qui agissent sur la stabilité de la relation de dominance-subordination; la voie par laquelle une rupture de l'ordre social peut contribuer à des explosions d'agressions (par exemple morsure de la queue et cannibalisme) à l'intérieur de groupes de pores jusque-là en paix. De nouveaux travaux sont nécessaires sur certains de ces aspects importants du comportement. Dieser kurze Bericht über neuere Arbeiten hinsichtlich der sozialen Hierarchie beim domestizierten Schwein und seine Beziehungen zu Produktion und Krankheiten umfasst die Ausbildung der Zitzenanordnung und ihr Einfluss (sofern ein solcher vorhanden ist) auf die Rangordnung sowie die Mechanismen, durch welche vorher nicht aneinander gewöhnte Schweine sich in eine soziale Rangordnung einfügen. Ferner wurden die Faktoren untersucht, welche die Stabilität der Rangordnung beeinflussen sowie die Art, durch die ein Zusammenbruch des normalen, sozialen Gefüges zu Agressionsausbrüchen (z.B. Schwanzbeissen und Kannibalismus) innerhalb vorher zufriedener Gruppen von Schweinen beitragen kann. Eine Fortsetzung der Arbeit auf einigen wichtigen Teilgebieten der Verhaltensforschung wird empfohlen." @default.
