To our knowledge, only one other case of klebsiella pneumoniae arthritis has been reported previously.CASE REPORTA 65-year-old white female cook was admitted to the medical service of the Cincinnati General Hospital on July 4, 1961, with a 2-day history of pain, swelling, redness, and heat in her left wrist.
