The anisotropy of the neutron angular distribution and the scattering is considered by representing them with spherical harmonics series respectively. The space dependence of the neutron distribution is taken into account by representing it with a Legendre series in each annular region. The isotropic return condition or white boundary condition is adopted for the generalized collision probability.
