Nous montrons que la microstructure influence fortement le phenomene de segregation: la force motrice de l'evolution du systeme or/silicium polycristallin est la recristallisation du silicium suivie par la segregation superficielle de ce dernier sur le melange silicium-or ainsi forme, a tres basse temperature." @default.
