- W1968734481 abstract "本研究では，姿勢が側腹筋厚に及ぼす影響を明らかにするために，超音波診断装置を用いて側腹筋の筋厚を測定した。対象は健常男性12名（平均年齢28.6±4.4歳）とし，外腹斜筋，内腹斜筋，腹横筋の筋厚を測定した。測定姿勢は，骨盤を中間位にした背臥位，座位，立位と，骨盤を前傾位および後傾位にした座位の5条件とした。そして，姿勢の変化（背臥位，座位，立位）と骨盤傾斜の変化（座位での前傾位，中間位，後傾位）の各筋厚と3筋の合計の厚さ（側腹筋）を比較した。その結果，座位，立位における腹横筋と側腹筋の厚さは背臥位よりも有意に増大した。また，座位における骨盤中間位との比較では，骨盤後傾位においてすべての筋厚が有意に増大したが，骨盤前傾位では腹横筋，側腹筋が有意に減少した。超音波診断装置を用いた側腹筋厚の測定では，骨盤傾斜や抗重力姿勢による影響を考慮すべきである。" @default.
