Radiative and non-radiative lifetimes of the single vibronic levels have been determined. Surprisingly, the stronger promoting vibrational mode for the radiative transition is the asymmetric stretch mode (ν′5) rather than the out-of-plane bending mode (ν′4). The latter mode, however, is a promoting mode for the non-radiative transition. As much as a factor of ≈40 variation in the τr values is observed for the variety of vibrational states studied." @default.
