- W1971797146 abstract "本研究は外回り看護師が手術中に使用したアイガード(保護めがね)の血液曝露の実態を調査し，血液曝露の有無と外回り看護業務，血液飛散の知覚，および手術関連情報との関連を明らかにすることを目的にした． 回収したアイガード143枚にルミノール反応検査を実施した結果，41枚(28.7%)に血液の曝露が確認された．手術時間，総出血量，ガーゼ出血量，ガーゼカウント回数について，血液曝露の有無で検定を実施した結果，有意差が認められた．血液曝露の有無を従属変数とするロジスティック回帰分析の結果，血液曝露に関連するリスク因子としてガーゼカウント業務と総出血量が選択された．モデルχ2検定の結果はp<0.01で，ガーゼカウント業務(調整オッズ比1.657, 95%CI 1.29–2.146)，総出血量(調整オッズ比0.997, 95%CI 0.995–0.999)であり，各変数ともに有意(p<0.01)であった． 本研究より，アイガードへの血液曝露に関連のある項目は，看護業務ではガーゼカウント業務，手術関連情報では総出血量であり，これらが外回り看護師の眼周囲の血液曝露リスクを高める要因であることが明らかになった．血液曝露リスクの低減には眼周囲を常時防護すること，ガーゼカウント業務のプロセスを検討する必要性が示唆された．" @default.
