Celà donne une masse effective de 0.085 ± 0.005 m0 et une énergie d'ionisation de impuretès de 0.00765 eV. De l'effet Zeeman une masse effective de 0.0810 ± 0.0005 m0 est déduite. La résponse spectrale de la photoconductivité presente une structure fine correspondant aux frequences voisines de celle des phonons optiques longitudinaux.
