Stwierdzono, że piersią było karmionych: w 1 m.ż. 62% dzieci z grupy I i 98% z grupy II, w 3 m.ż. 50,7 i 72%, w 6 m.ż. 40 i 59,5%, w 9 m.ż. 22 i 25,6%, a w 12 m.ż. 18,8 i 15,8%. Sposobem mieszanym matki karmiły: w 1 m.ż. 8 i 15% dzieci, w 3 m.ż. 11,7 i 10,7%, w 6 m.ż. 27,2 i 17,9%, w 9 m.ż. 14,8 i 12,8%, a w 12 m.ż. 15,6 i 10,5%. Gluten w 1 m.ż. spożywało 2 i 0% dzieci, w kolejnych miesiącach: 3 i 1,9%, 34 i 60,4%, 64 i 91% oraz 98 i 100% dzieci. Od 3 m.ż. w grupie I i 6 m.ż. w grupie II dzieci otrzymywały chleb i bułki. W ciągu ostatnich 2 lat w regionie Pomorza Zachodniego obserwuje się: 1. lepszą realizację zaleceń nowego kalendarza żywienia przez matki mieszkające w Szczecinie niż w mniejszych miastach regionu, 2. dietę niemowląt charakteryzuje: a) do 6 m.ż. wysoki odsetek dzieci karmionych piersią w Szczecinie, a niski w małych miastach regionu, b) pomiędzy 6 a 12 m.ż. wysoki odsetek dzieci karmionych piersią w całym regionie, c) w 6 i 9 m.ż. istotnie wyższy odsetek dzieci żywionych glutenem w Szczecinie niż w małych miastach regionu, d) wczesną podaż nieprawidłowego rodzaju pokarmów glutenowych w całym regionie. In May 2007 Polish recommendations concerning infant nutrition were changed. The aim of this analysis is to evaluate the new recommended nutrition scheme for infants in the West Pomeranian region. A random group of mothers of 408 infants was surveyed who lived in West Pomerania: in small towns (Kołobrzeg and Gryfino 2007/2008: group I, n=300 children) and in a big city (Szczecin 2008/2009: group II, n=108). The number of breast-fed children: in the 1st month of life 62% children from group I and 98% from group II, in the 3rd month of life – 50.7 and 72%, in the 6th month – 40 and 59.5%, in the 9th month – 22 and 25.6%, and in the 12th month of life 18.8 and 15.8%. Mixed feeding scheme: 1st month of life – 8 and 15% children, 3rd month 11.7 and 10.7%, 6th month – 27.2 and 17.9%, 9th month – 14.8 and 12.8%, while in the 12th month of life – 15.6 and 10.5%. Gluten was present in the diet of: in the 1st month of life – 2 and 0% children, in the subsequent months respectively: 3 and 1.9%, 34 and 60.4%, 64 and 91%, 98 and 100% of children. Since the 3rd month of life in group I and the 6th month in group II the children ate bread and rolls. In the last 2 years in West Pomerania it has been observed that 1. mothers living in Szczecin follow the new nutrition scheme more closely than in the smaller towns of the region 2. the infants’ diet observation demonstrates that: a/ up to the 6th month of life many children in Szczecin are breast-fed, while outside the big city their share is lower, b/ between the 6th and 12th months of life a large share of infants in the region is breast-fed, c/ in the 6th and 9th months of life the significantly larger share of children fed with gluten live in Szczecin than in the smaller towns in the region, d/ early intake of disadvantageous type of gluten products prevails throughout the region." @default.
