These data are correlated with the results of vapor-pressure osmometric and gas chromatographic investigations of the same systems. Two chiral ureide ester stationary phases and several amide solutes have been examined and the only significant hydrogen-bond interaction appears to occur between the ester carbonyl of the stationary phase and the amide amido proton. A single point of attachment and steric repulsion interaction is inferred with the suggestion that the classical three-point model may be an overdetermined system." @default.
