The effect on the glyoxylate cycle flux of variations in the rate of the NADPH-consuming pathways has been studied.3.3. Increase in the rate of NADPH-consuming activity by addition of H2O2 produces inhibition of the glyoxylate cycle and decrease in the NADPH/NADP ratio.4.4.
