At 3 MeV Coulomb correction terms to Delbruck scattering of the order α(Zα)4 have been confirmed, but no indications of higher-order terms have been found. Indications of Coulomb corrections show up also at 9 MeV. Influences of nuclear form factors and E2 giant resonances are investigated and found to be small as- compared to uncertainties in the shape of the GDR. A decay scheme is given for the levels in 238 discovered by photoexcitation. Differential cross sections for nuclear resonance fluorescence are discussed in terms of level densities and strength functions." @default.
