- W1976175093 abstract "There are a variety of means by which nasal tip projection can be increased. These techniques cannot be used interchangeably. The given pathology, as assessed by circumspect review of the entire nose and other facial features, will lead the surgeon to the proper choice of tip augmentation technique. The eminent role that the size of the lobule and the length of columella play in this choice cannot be overstressed. Although the columella and lobule relationship can best be assessed through a caudal view, the abnormalities often are discernable on the front view as well, especially to the keen eye. In this report, the different ways in which the nasal tip projection can be augmented, along with their indications and contraindications, will be discussed." @default.
