- W1978401215 abstract "Electrical conductivity measurement was carried out for U3O8−z and U5O13+v pellets. Two kinds of transitions were observed from the measurement of log σ vs 1/T curve: the orthorhombic to hexagonal transition in α-U3O8 and the U5O13+v to U3O8−z transition. The transition temperature in α-U3O8−z increased with decreasing O/U ratio, especially in particular, in the nearly stoichiometric U3O8 region an abrupt variation of the transition temperature was observed. The phase diagram around the U3O8 region was estimated on the basis of the electrical conductivity data. La conductivité électrique a été mesurée sur des pastilles de U3O8−z et U5O13+v. Deux types de transition ont été observés à partir de la courbe de log σ en fonction de 1/T, à savoir le passage de la structure orthorhombique à la structure hexagonale dans U3O8 α et la transition de U5O13+v, à U3O8−z. La température de transition dans U3O8−z α augmentait avec la diminution du rapport O/U, en particulier dans la région de U3O8 presque stoechiométrique. Une variation brutale de la température de transition a été observée. Le diagramme de phase autour de la région U3O8 a été déterminé en se basant sur les données de conductivité électrique. Messung der spezifischen, elektrischen Leitfähigkeit σ wurde an U3O8−z und U5O13+v-Proben vorgenommen. Aus der Darstellung log σ = ƒ (1/T) erkennt man die Übergänge orthorhombiseh-hexagonal in αU3O8 und U5O13+v zu U3O8−z. Die Übergangstemperatur in αU3O8−z steigt mit fallendem O/U-Verhältnis; besonders in der Nähe des stöchiometrischen U3O8 wurde eine plötzliche Änderung der Übergangstemperatur beobachtet. Das Phasendiagramm im U3O8-Bereich wurde auf der Basis von Daten der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit abgeschätzt." @default.
