- W1978955066 abstract "WAIS 121 と好成績のアルコールコルサコフ症候群 (ＡＫ症候群) の一例を経験した。症例は，振戦せん妄後，失見当識，作話，健忘を認める状態を約１ヵ月経たのち，現在に至る８年間は健忘，無欲を前景とする状態がほぼ不変のまま続いている60歳の男性である。神経心理学的には，記憶に関する検査での著しい成績低下と対照的に, WAIS, さらには Problem-solving の検査の成績は良好であった。また，新修正ウイスコンシンカード分類検査では前頭葉内側基底部損傷に近いパターンを示した。一般にＡＫ症候群では，多彩な知的機能の障害を認めることが多く，本例のように clear-cut な神経心理学的所見が得られることはまれである。しかるに，ＡＫ症候群の本質的な徴候を知るためには，本例のように記憶にできるだけ限局した障害を持つ例の検討が必須であると示唆した。" @default.
