We calculate rates for disconnected $ensuremath{gamma}$ and disconnected ${e}^{+}+{e}^{ensuremath{-}}$ pair events from electromagnetic production and decay of ${ensuremath{nu}}_{H}$. We consider production both in the neutrinobeam shielding, and production in the detector apparatus. We compare the rates expected from three classes of plausible models with the rates that can be detected by present-generation experiments. The principal results are: (1) a ${ensuremath{nu}}_{H}$ with a mass less than 100 MeV is best detected through an anomalous value in the measured Weinberg angle deduced from ${ensuremath{nu}}_{ensuremath{mu}}e$ scattering; (2) a ${ensuremath{nu}}_{H}$ in the GeV range is best detected through observation of disconnected $ensuremath{gamma}'mathrm{s}$. The possible detection of muon-neutrino decay ${ensuremath{nu}}_{ensuremath{mu}}ensuremath{rightarrow}{ensuremath{nu}}_{e}ensuremath{gamma}$ is discussed briefly." @default.
