- W1980995136 abstract "In vivoヒト腫瘍を用いてdoxorubicinと放射線で誘発されるアポトーシスと増殖分画を示すKi-67 Labeling Index (L.I.) の相関について検討した.ヌードマウスに4種類の可移植性ヒト腫瘍を移植し, それぞれdoxorubicin 8mg/kgを腹腔内に投与, あるいはX線で腫瘍に1Gyを照射した.治療後6～72時間で腫瘍組織標本を作成し, TUNEL染色および抗Ki-67抗体による免疫組織化学的検索を行った.Ependymoblastomaでは, いずれの治療でもアポトーシスが最も高率に誘発された.また, アポトーシスの出現とともにKi-67L.I.は低下し, 両者が逆相関する傾向を示した.他の2種類の腫瘍では, 治療後に出現するアポトーシスの頻度は低率だったが, Ki-67L.I.は一過性に低値を示した.残りの1種類では, アポトーシスの発現が低率で, Ki-67L.I.もほとんど変化しなかった.以上から, Ki-67L.I.の治療後の変動は, 腫瘍の細胞死の種類と治療法によって異なることが示唆された." @default.
