The kinetics of evolution is discussed, and consequences for the utilization of a heating stage in a microscope are deduced. Der Vergleich zwischen der Temperung von abgeschreckten CuAl-Legierungen in einem Mikroskop mit Heiztisch und der Ofentemperung von Volumenproben zeigt unterschiedliche Ergebnisse für diese beiden Behandlungen: die Temperung von Volumenproben von fehlgeordnetem oder teilweise geordnetem CuAl-Martensit führt zu einem neuen geordneten Zustand. Im Gegensatz dazu führt die Temperung im Elektronenmikroskop zu einem fehlgeordneten Zustand. Es wird angenommen, daß dieses Phänomen durch die Relaxation von elastischen Spannungen in dünnen Proben, die eine Verschiebung der Löslichkeitsgrenze von Aluminium verursacht, hervorgerufen wird. In einigen Aspekten ist diese Verschiebung dem Mechanismus ähnlich, der von Allen und Cahn für FeAl-Legierungen beschrieben wird. Die Kinetik der Entwicklung wird diskutiert und Schlußfolgerungen für die Benutzung eines Heiztisches in einem Mikroskop werden abgeleitet." @default.
