To include the effects due to the presence of the substrate, we present a method to measure the diffusivities of both the film and substrate in one set of mirage detection. Using the off-axis magnetron sputtering process, we fabricated ${mathrm{YBa}}_{2}$${mathrm{Cu}}_{3}$${mathrm{O}}_{7mathrm{ensuremath{-}}mathrm{ensuremath{delta}}}$ thin films of suitable thickness (ensuremath{sim}60 nm) on ${mathrm{SrTiO}}_{3}$ as our sample for ensuremath{chi} measurements along the c and b axes.
