- W1981818757 abstract "被髪頭部に皮疹を有する尋常性乾癬患者20名を対象として，マキサカルシトールローション(オキサロール® ローション25 μg/g)とクロベタゾールプロピオン酸エステルローション(デルモベート® スカルプローション 0.05％)の併用からマキサカルシトールローション単独への切り替えの有用性についてsequential therapyを用いて検討した。試験期間は，導入期(2～4週間)，移行期(4～6週間)，維持期(4週間)の3つのステップに分け最大14週間とした。また，皮疹の改善が認められた場合には次のステップへ移行することとした。導入期は朝にクロベタゾールプロピオン酸エステルローションを，夜にマキサカルシトールローションを1日1回ずつ外用した。移行期はマキサカルシトールローションを平日1日2回，クロベタゾールプロピオン酸エステルローションを土日1日2回外用した。維持期はマキサカルシトールローションを1日2回外用した。その結果，開始時と比較して全ての評価時期で，紅斑，浸潤・肥厚，鱗屑の症状別皮膚所見スコアおよび合計スコアの有意な改善が認められた(p<g;0.001 : t 検定)。維持期(最終時)の全般改善度は，中等度改善以上が40.0％，軽度改善以上が95.0％であった。移行期および維持期では導入期に比べて，若干スコアが上昇する傾向がみられたが，有意な上昇は認められず，マキサカルシトールローション単独で維持できていた。全体を通じて，局所性および全身性副作用は認められず，試験中止症例はなかった。本試験の結果より，マキサカルシトールローションとクロベタゾールプロピオン酸エステルローションによるsequential therapyは被髪頭部の尋常性乾癬に対する有用な治療法の一つであると考えられた。" @default.
