Auf Basis einer Mehrkohorten-Messwiederholungsstichprobe von über 500 Lehramtskandidaten kann gezeigt werden, dass die emotionale Erschöpfung im ersten Jahr des Vorbereitungsdienstes statistisch signifikant ansteigt. Verglichen mit einer Referenzstichprobe erfahrener Lehrkräfte zeigen sich vergleichbare Werte der emotionalen Erschöpfung sowie eine höhere Berufszufriedenheit der Lehramtskandidaten. Vorhergesagt werden die emotionale Erschöpfung sowie die Arbeitszufriedenheit sowohl durch stabile Persönlichkeitsmerkmale als auch durch die pädagogische Vorerfahrung und das Wissen über Klassenführung." @default.
