- W1983445024 abstract "Electrospinning, using an electrically driven jet, is a straightforward and cost effective method for producing polymer fibers in nanometers to a few micros diameter range. In this study, the morphology of electrospun jets and final nonwoven membranes was investigated systematically by changing three of the most important spinning conditions: solution concentration, salt content, and applied voltage. For this purpose, Polyvinylalcohol (PVA) solution was prepared and electrospun. Results indicated that some fascination phenomena were observed with the increase of LiCl concentration and applied voltage. Under different spinning conditions, dimensional analyses for the vertex of envelope cone and the diameter of deposited area were also carried out separately in the work. POLYM. ENG.
