- W1983462645 abstract "Abstract The relationships between tensile strength and elongation at break and the chemical composition of a microcellular elastomer used in shoe sole technology have been calculated using multiple linear regression analysis. Using the statistical Student's test, the importance of the factors that influence the above characteristics have been established. It has been found that the moulded density has the major influence on the tensile strength while the elongation at break depends to a great extent on the hard-segment dispersion into the soft matrix, as indicated by the influence of the water contents and the quasi-prepolymer index ( I NCO ). Hydroxyl number in the usual range of 52–61 mg PKOH/g has no influence on the above characteristics." @default.
