Zusammenfassung Morphogenetische Effekte einiger teilgereinigter Fraktionen und Methanolextrakte aus Neem‐Samen auf Mythimna separata (Walker) und Cnaphalocrocis medinalis (Guenée) Vier teilgereinigte Fraktionen aus Neem‐( Azadirachta indica A. Juss)Kernen und zwei methanolische Neem‐Kern‐Extrakte wurden unter Laborbedingungen auf ihre Wirkung gegen die Asiatische Reiseule Mythimna separata (L 5 und L 6 ) und den Asiatischen Reisblattroller Cnaphalocrocis medinalis (L 4 und L 5 ) untersucht. Den Versuchstieren wurden für die Dauer von 24 Std. durch Tauchbehandlung mit den Versuchssubstanzen kontaminierte Reisblattstückchen zum Fraß angeboten. Anschließend wurden sie bis zur Verpuppung mit unbehandelten Reisblättern weitergefüttert. Während die teilgereinigten Fraktionen und Methanolextrakt auf M. separata nicht fraßabschreckend wirkten, stellte C. medinalis auf behandelten Blattstückchen das Fressen ein und wies Verhaltensstörungen auf. Sofern die Entwicklung der Versuchstiere durch die Fraktionen und Methanolextrakte nicht unterbrochen wurde, schlüpften in den behandelten Varianten aus den Puppen Imagines mit verkrüppelten Flügeln. Fraktion F22, die kein Azadirachtin enthielt, zeigte in den Fraßtests mit jungen Sechstiarven von M. separata den stärksten entwicklungshemmenden Effekt. Das durchschnittliche Gewicht der Puppen von M. separata in den behandelten Varianten lag unter dem der unbehandelten Kontrolle, während die Puppen von C. medinalis keinen Gewichtsunterschied zu denen der Kontrolle aufwiesen. Eine Tauchbehandlung der gleichen Larvenstadien wie in den Fraßtests führte zu keinen morphogenetischen Störungen." @default.
