The presence of the function $H$, which depends only on the ratio of large kinematical variables, suggests a connection with Bjorken's scaling law for electroproduction. Such a form is in good agreement with the large-angle data currently available. The conjecture is based on (1) pion current commutators applied to mass-shell amplitudes, and (2) Feynman-graph experiments motivated by recent calculations in the eikonal (small-angle) region." @default.
