Two mechanical behaviours were observed depending on strain rate or stress levels: grain boundary sliding controlled by cation bulk diffusion, with an activation energy of 560 kJ/mol, and intergranular cavitation without plastic deformation of the grains. On étudie la déformation plastique à haute température de polycristaux de Y2O3 stabilisés au ZrO3 ayant des tailles de grains de 1,8, 3,4 et 6,3 μm, déformés par compression entre 1350 et 1450°C à l'air à vitesse de déformation constante (entre 1·10−5 et 2·10−4s−1) et sous charge constante (entre 5 et 90 MPa). On observe deux régimes mécaniques suivant la vitesse de déformation ou les niveaux de contrainte: glissement intergranulaire contrôlé par la diffusion en volume du cathion, avec une énergie d'activation de 560 kJ/mol et cavitation intergranulaire sans déformation plastique des grains. Das plastische Verhalten von ZrO2-Polykristallen, stabilisiert mit 6 Gew.% Y2O3, mit Korngrößen von 1,8, 3,4 und 6,3 μm wird im Druckversuch zwischen 1350 und 1450°C in Luft mit konstanter Stauchungsrate (zwischen 1 × 10−5 und 2 × 10−4s−1) bei konstanter Last (zwischen 5 und 90 MPa) untersucht. Zwei unterschiedliche Verhaltensweisen werden je nach Stauchungsrate oder Spannungsniveau beobachtet: Korngrenzgleiten, gesteuert durch Kation-Volumdiffusion mit einer Aktivierungsenergie von 560 kJ/Mol, und intergranulare Kavitation ohne plastische Verformung der Körner." @default.
