- W1989409076 abstract "農薬として使用されているオキシン銅の選択的な定量法として，水溶液試料をオンラインで抽出後，ルミノールを分散させた逆ミセル溶液と混合させ，その際生じる強い化学発光を検出する方法を開発した．発光試薬を含む逆ミセル溶液は，ルミノールを含む少量の塩基性水溶液をクロロホルム-シクロヘキサン混合溶媒に界面活性剤を用いて分散させることによって調製した．フローシステムを用いて，目的成分であるビス（8-ヒドロキシキノリン）銅（II）錯体｛Cu(oxine)2｝を，pH 6.0に調節した試料水溶液からクロロホルムにオンライン抽出し，膜セパレーターを使用して相分離する．この抽出液を化学発光検出器中のフローセル内で，ルミノールの逆ミセル溶液と混合する．このとき，Cu(oxine)2はミセル界面で直ちに解離して銅（II）イオンを生じると推測され，これがルミノールの酸化反応を触媒して強い化学発光を生じる．本法によるオキシン銅の検出限界は5.5 μg dm－3で，検量線は少なくとも1.1 mg dm－3までは良好な直線性を示した．種々の共存成分について干渉の影響についても検討した．" @default.
