- W1989963783 abstract "乳腺葉状腫瘍の発生頻度は原発性乳腺腫瘍の0.3～1%前後と報告されており, 5kgを超える例は本邦報告例では数例程度である. 今回われわれは8kgに達する巨大悪性葉状腫瘍を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する.症例は60歳代女性, 左乳房から腹部に垂れ下がる腫瘤と潰瘍形成, 感染による悪臭のため当科を受診した. 左乳房全体を占める最大径35cmの巨大腫瘤を認めた. 腫瘍からの出血と感染に伴う高度の貧血, 低栄養状態のため, 緊急入院全身管理を行い, 小切開生検の病理で葉状腫瘍の診断を得たため, 入院後6病日, 単純乳房切除術を施行した. 病理組織学的には, 腫瘍は典型的葉状腫瘍と一部に間質肉腫部分を伴い, 悪性と診断した. 現在術後2年を経過するが, 局所再発, 遠隔転移を認めていない." @default.
