- W1990475963 abstract "レタスの系統維持のため花茎の節培養を行った．レタスとL. serriolaの雑種およびレタスの四倍体は34から40節で花芽を形成し，播種後110日あるいは140日にはそれぞれの株の頂部から順に開花した．2次花茎の節の外植体からの葉芽形成率は四倍体レタスでは44.8％，L. serriola × レタスでは19.9％であったが，これは四倍体レタスの方が発育は遅く，外植体における花芽の形成が進んでいなかったためと考えられた．花芽発育ステージの遅い主茎の低い節位から発生した2次花茎の外植体も上位の節位の外植体より葉芽形成率が高かった．また，主茎の頂部の頭花が開花した株の2次花茎の節の外植体の葉芽形成率は5.6％と低く，発育ステージが遅く頭花の未開花の外植体のそれは55.1％と高かった．さらに，2次花茎の節位が主茎側に近いものほど葉芽形成率が高かった．得られた葉芽は移植後，発根し，馴化した後に，開花結実した．本研究で明らかになった抽だい開花しているレタスの花茎の節を培養して，葉芽形成を誘導する方法は，種子を生産した後においても，その個体を維持することに役立つものと思われた．" @default.
