This study presents a new, modified, Asian-specialised procedure to simultaneously treat trichiasis and dermatochalasis. In conclusion, the modified operation – anterior lamellar repositioning with complete lid split – is an effective, personalised method for the treatment of upper eyelids trichiasis in Asian patients.
