RÉSUMÉ On a étudie ľeffet du Pentilènetétrazol (PTZ, Métrazol) sur les activités unitaires des neurones de ľescargot Helix pomatia. Le PTZ produit des dépolarisations paroxystiques, non seulement dans un complexe neuronal, mais aussi dans des neurones isolés, lorsque la concentration est ďenviron 30–50 m M /1. Les changements de dépolarisation ressemblaient sur plusieurs points à ceux des cellules des mammifères. Le PTZ produit une diminution ďamplitude et une augmentation de durée des potentiels ďaction, qu'ils soient spontanés, ou induits par injections de courant. Dans le même temps, la post‐hyperpolarisation diminue. Lorsque la concentration du PTZ était progressivement augmentée, des modifications des potentiels ďaction étaient indeapendants des modifications simultaneaes du potentiel et de la reasistance de la membrane. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Untersuchungen an einzelnen Neuronen der Schnecke Helix pomatia ergaben: Pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) löste an einzelnen Neuronen nicht nur im Verband, sondern auch nach Isolierung der Zellen paroxysmale Depolarisationen aus, wenn die PTZ‐Konzentration 30–50 m M /1 betrug. Die paroxysmalen Depolarisationen ahnelten den neuronalen PDS beim Warmbluter. Die Wirkung von PTZ auf spontane oder ausgelöste Aktionspotentiale bestand in einer Amplitudenverminderung und in einer Verlängerung der Dauer. Gleichzeitig wurden die hyperpolarisierenden Nachpotentiale reduziert und schliesslich aus‐gelöscht. Die Veränderungen der Aktionspotentiale traten unabhängig von Schwan‐kungen des Membranpotentials und des Membranwiderstandes auf, wenn die PTZ‐Konzentration langsam gesteigert wurde. RESUMEN Investigaciones en neuronas aisladas del caracol Helix pomatia han mostrado: El Pentilentetrazol (PTZ) indujo despolarizacion paroxística no solo en células de una red neuronal sino también en neuronas aisladas cuando la concentratión de PTZ era alrededor de 30–50 m M /l. Las variaciones de la despolarizacion semejaban a las de las células demamíferos en varios aspectos. El efecto del PTZ ha sido disminuir la amplitud y aumentar la duratión de los potenciales de actión, lo mismo en los espontaneos que en los evocados por inyección de corriente. La hiperpolarización subsiguiente se redujo simultaneamente. Cuando la concentratión de PTZ se aumentó gradualmente los cambios de los potenciales de actión fueron independientes de las variaciones que se observan simultaneamente en el potencial de membrana y resistencia." @default.
