Agreement with experimental results is satisfactory, in particular when lattice-dynamic models are used which include a good representation of eigenvectors. The large anisotropy of the LMF in Zn metal and in ${mathrm{ZnF}}_{2}$ is well reproduced. The shortcomings of the Debye approximation are pronounced even for systems with high symmetry." @default.
