The film thickness is controllable by the process time and pyrolysis temperature. Micro-Raman spectroscopy reveals that the films have nanocrystalline graphite structure. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy confirms the high purity of the carbon films, indicating that all properties measured are only due to the graphitized carbon thin film. Electronic transport properties such as temperature dependent resistance, Hall effect and magnetoresistance show the typical behavior of low-dimensional carbon based materials." @default.
