- W1995792488 abstract "1-[2-[bis(4-fluorophenyl)metlloxy]ethyl]-4-(3-phenylpropyl)piperazine dillydrochloride(I-893)の中枢神経系に対する作用を行動薬理学的および脳波学的に検討した．マウスにI-893(5～20mg/kg)を腹腔内投与した場合，自発運動を用量依存的に尤進したが，反復投与しても自発運動亢進作用に変化は認められなかった．reserpine処置マウスにI-893を経ロ投与しても，自発運動の充進は認められなかった．α-MPT処置マウスにおいては，I-893の中等用量(10～40mg/kg)の経口投与時には非処置動物に比べて自発運動量が有意に少なかったが，高用量投与時には差が認められなかった．6-OHDAによる一側黒質線条体破壊ラットにおいて，I-893の経口および腹腔内投与により破壊側への旋回運動が認められた．ラットにおけるhaloperidol誘発カタレプシーは，I-893の経口投与により用量依存的に軽減した．マウスにおけるtremorine振戦は，I-893の経口投与により用量依存的に抑制された．その効果は，10日間の投与後においても変化しなかった．I-893は，ラットに経ロ投与した場合，常同行動を用量依存的にひき起こしたが，methamphetamine誘発常同行動には影響を及ぼさなかった．ラットにおけるbarbiturate睡眠は，I-893の経口投与により拮抗された．I-893を6日間経口投与したラットにおいて，最終投与の翌日にpentobarbitalを投与した時，その睡眠作用には，溶媒処置動物との間で差が認められなかった．I-893の静脈内投与により，ウサギ大脳皮質および扁桃核脳波は低振幅速波となり，海馬脳波にθ波が出現した．以上のことから，I-893は，シナプス前膜に作用し，exocytosisによって放出されたカテコールアミンの取り込みを阻害することによって間接的にdopamine(DA)様作用を発現するものと考えられる．" @default.
