- W1995937186 abstract "日本赤十字社では，1993年より全国の医療機関から輸血副作用の情報収集を行っている．非溶血性副作用症例の報告数は増え続け，2004年には1,609件に達した．しかし，それ以降はほぼ一定している．2006年に報告された非溶血性副作用症例数は1,591件であり，前年の1,572件からは僅かな増加であった．報告の内訳は，症例別では，蕁麻疹等が529件で最も多く，全体の33.2%，発熱は238件で15.0%，アナフィラキシー（様）反応は173件で10.9%，アナフィラキシー（様）ショックは246件で15.5%，血圧低下は62件で3.9%，呼吸困難は179件で11.3%，TRALIは66件で4.1%，その他副作用98件で6.2%であった．その他副作用には，輸血による精神神経系障害16件が含まれる．原因製剤別の副作用報告頻度をみると血漿製剤，赤血球製剤の供給数10,000本当たり1.8件，1.9件の副作用報告に対し，血小板製剤は9.2件と著しく高かった．全報告のうち，重篤と判断された症例590件が薬事法に基づいて厚生労働省に報告された．これら重篤な副作用は2004年以降，件数，比率共に増加していた．これからも安全な輸血のため，より詳細な調査，解析を行っていくことが必要である．" @default.
