- W1995989056 abstract "従来，マイクロチップ電気泳動でレーザー励起蛍光検出を用いて高感度検出を試みる際に試料の蛍光標識を行う．しかし，蛍光標識は煩雑な操作，標識に伴う分離能の低下及び低濃度試料の蛍光誘導体化効率の低下という問題を有しており，蛍光標識を不要とする高感度検出法の開発が望まれている．著者らは遠心操作によりカップ積層型カーボンナノチューブ（cup stacked carbon nanotubes，CSCNTs）が蛍光を発することを見いだし，泳動液へのCSCNTsの添加によりDNAのマイクロチップ電気泳動分離及び非標識（間接蛍光）検出に成功した．CSCNTsは蛍光を有することに加えて，製造段階でのアスペクト比の調整やCSCNTs表面への機能性分子の固定化が容易であるためにマイクロチップ電気泳動のみならず様々な分野における活用が今後期待される．" @default.
