- W1996704612 abstract "失語症者の予後研究の多くは，訓練開始時と終了時における ＳＬＴＡ などの言語検査の成績の差が重視されてきたが，我々は，言語検査によって評価された言語能力が，必ずしも日常生活のコミュニケーション能力と一致しないと考えており，実用的コミュニケーション能力 (ＣＡＤＬ) の必要性を感じている．そこで，失語症者の長期予後について，訓練終了時における言語能力，及びコミュニケーション能力と，社会復帰後におけるコミュニケーション能力との関係を調べた． 対象は，昭和58年から61年までの３年間に当院にて言語訓練を受けた失語症者 83 例中，ＣＡＤＬ 検査の家族質問紙に回答のあった62例で，平均年令59.8歳，男性38例，女性24例，失語のタイプは，ブローカ失語16例，ウエルニッケ失語15例，伝導性失語３例，全失語９例，超皮質性失語１例だった． その他重度失語症者の問題点についても，あわせて検討した．" @default.
