- W1997007346 abstract "Abstract The effective interaction for the spin-singlet Cooper pairs is calculated using the two-dimensional d-p model for high- T c cuprates on the basis of a renormalized perturbation of the Fermi liquid: first forming the quasiparticles variationally by the Gutzwiller approximation, then treating the residual interactions among quasiparticles by the RPA. In the charge-fluctuation region, where the p hole is moderately doped and the repulsive interaction ( U pd ) between the nearest-neighbor p and d sites is the dominant parameter, the interaction for d xy pairs is attractive, while it is repulsive both for extended-s and d x 2 - y 2 pairs. The on-site repulsive interaction for p electrons ( U p ) is compatible with this tendency, whereas the one for d electrons ( Ũ d ) is incompatible." @default.
