- W1998181504 abstract "泌乳初期の高泌乳牛における給与飼料の第一胃内粗タンパク質 (CP) 有効分解度が乳生産に及ぼす影響を検討するために, CPの第一胃内有効分解度が, 高分解度 (Hdg区), 中分解度 (Mdg区) および低分解度 (Ldg区) の3つの供試配合飼料を調製し, 給与飼料中の粗飼料割合が35%前後で, 高エネルギーの飼料給与の条件で, 次の試験を実施した. 試験1 : 供試配合飼料の第一胃内分解速度については, フィステルカニューレ装着メンヨウ3頭を用いたナイロンバッグ法で調査した。通過速度については, 泌乳前期の乳牛4頭を用い, 希土類元素 (La, ランタン) を標識した乾熱処理圧ぺん大豆による測定値と, AFRC飼養標準に示されるモデル式で推定した値と比較した. 通過速度を求めたところ, 乾熱処理圧ぺん大豆では2.72%/h, AFRCのモデル式では10.5%/hとなった. 前者の通過速度は非常に遅く, 後者は妥当な値と考えられ, CP有効分解度は, Hdg区が72.4%, Mdg区は60.9%, Ldg区は53.5%と推定された. 試験2 : CPの第一胃内有効分解度が異なる, Hdg区, Mdg区およびLdg区の3区の飼料給与が, 分娩後16週間の乳生産に及ぼす影響について乳牛9頭を用い一元配置試験法で検討した. 試験期間を通して, 飼料全体のCP有効分解度は, Hdg区は74.6±0.1%, Mdg区は65.7±0.5%, Ldg区は60.0±0.4%で推移した. 乾物摂取量, 可消化養分総量 (TDN) 摂取量は, CPの有効分解度の違いに影響されなかった. 泌乳ピークへの到達は, 分解度の低いLdg区が他の区に比較して早まる傾向にあったが, 乳量には差が認められなかった. 泌乳ピーク前 (分娩後3～6週) の乳タンパク質率は, Hdg区では低下が大きかったが, Ldg区では低下が抑制された (P<0.05). 一方, 泌乳ピーク後には, 分解度の大きいHdg区であっても分解度の違いによる乳タンパク質含量への影響が小さくなった. 分解度の異なる飼料の給与は, 泌乳ピーク前と後で乳タンパク質生産への影響が異なることが示唆された." @default.
