Description de la synthèse de quelques analogues de la S-adénosyl homocystéine susceptibles d'inhiber des méthyl-transférases et des S-adénosyl méthionine décarboxylases. Les modifications portent soit sur le résidu homocystéine, soit sur la nature de la base purique qui est remplacée par la guanine. Les produits suivants ont ainsi été obtenus:u— la 5′-S-butyladénosine 3.— la 5′-S-pentyladénosine 5.— la 5′-S-adénosyl-1,2-propane-diol 11.— la 5′-S-adénosyl-N-acétyl-cystéamine 13.— l'acide[5′-adénosyl]3-thiopropionique 14.— la 5′-S-guanosyl-homocystéine 17. — la 5′-S-butyladénosine 3. — la 5′-S-pentyladénosine 5. — la 5′-S-adénosyl-1,2-propane-diol 11. — la 5′-S-adénosyl-N-acétyl-cystéamine 13. — l'acide[5′-adénosyl]3-thiopropionique 14. — la 5′-S-guanosyl-homocystéine 17.
