- W1999664954 abstract "Far-infrared absorption spectra of amorphous Sb15GexSe85 - x (x = 5, 10, 15, 20) have been studied in the spectral range 170–500 cm−1 at room temperature. The results are interpreted in terms of the vibrations of the isolated molecular units in such a way as to preserve fourfold and twofold coordination for germanium and chalcogen atoms, respectively. The spectra confirm the chain crossing model where Ge and Sb crosslink the chains of Se. The assignment of various absorption bands has been made on the basis of absorption spectra of amorphous GeSe alloys." @default.
